Sean O’Callaghan is the firm’s attorney who handles personal injury and litigation matters. Sean is a third-generation Nevadan and grandson of the late Governor Mike O’Callaghan.  Born and raised in Las Vegas, he has developed deep-rooted relationships in the community and across the state. 

Sean excelled in law school, where he received the “CALI” award in Trial Advocacy.  He was a member of the Society of Advocates, which is a highly esteemed group of students who compete at moot competitions, at the William S. Boyd School of Law.

While attending law school, Sean managed all personal injury cases, including pre-litigation and litigation matters at Lawrence C. Hill and Associates. With over six years of experience at all levels of the firm’s personal injury practice,  Sean has acquired a uniquely-broad perspective and understanding of each critical stage of a personal injury case. His hand’s on experience gives him what it takes to obtain the results that our clients deserve.

Sean is married and a proud father who enjoys reading, fishing, and playing with his kids when he’s not working.
